Instructions:
(Serves 2-4)
1. Cut 1lb tempeh into cubes, pan fry till golden.
2. Saute with 1 jar Mekhala Rendang Paste, add 1 3/4 cup coconut milk and 3/4 cup water.
3. Mix, simmer till rendang is dry, stirring occasionally.
4. For meat version, use 1 3/4 cup water with 1lb beef cheeks for 2 hours.
5. Add to salad of choice.
